Chesney is a 4-point buck draped in a vintage military blanket, a striking collaboration with Rank & Sugar. The blanket, once carried through service, now becomes a mantle of resilience, remembrance, and quiet honor—an emblem of sacrifice and strength. His presence is elevated by a chain-stitched rendering of Mary Oliver’s poem “December”. Words that mirror the fleeting magic of encountering a deer in the wild.

A significant portion of the proceeds from Chesney’s auction will be donated to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF), ensuring that his beauty and story not only honor the poetry of the natural world, but also stand as a tribute to those who have served.
